it was an amazing experience the experience we had with carolina and dionis. , i will recommend them to all my friends. they are beyond professionals, reliable, honest, and easy to work with. since the first contact that we made with them, they were warm and friendly. i felt connected right away, specially with carolina. carolina and i built a really amazing communication system and she was my point of contact always. carolina is surrounded by an amazing team of specialist in different areas that made the process of getting our first home smooth and easy based on our lifestyle and work schedule. additionally, we have a toddler that was not always willing to cooperate with our home hunting process and carolina helped us in endless numbers of way. and, from the time that we bought our home and now carolina has helped us throughout being new home owners. we will be forever thankful to carolina, dionis, and the entire team of avila group. i am the type of person that tries to build long lasting relationships and for sure they are my forever agents.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I was asking friends to recommend me the best choice to conduct my property sale. It was important we had a strong bond; rapport was essentially for me to consider signing a contract. I spoke with Dionis and Carolina Padron and then met with them at my place, and I immediately connected with them. They spent a considerable amount of time, answering my questions, providing objective data regarding what it takes to sell a property, as for me it was my very first time. I really can´t speak highly enough of my experience, because Carolina and Dionis made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like taking time to advise me about fixing, and painting and removing furniture and stuff from my property, not to mention doing this amazing staging before having professional photographs taken and a lot more. I should say that all their team is very responsible, responsive, and committed, as to say of Manuel, who showed his professionalism and teamwork at the time.
